Position
We are looking for an Electronics Laboratory Technician & Quality Control Inspector to join the Product Assurance & Safety Department.
The successful candidate will be part of the Product Assurance & Safety Department and will be responsible for the inspection, traceability, and quality verification of electronic hardware components, from incoming goods through to flight delivery.

Tasks and Responsibilities
Quality Control
Manage and verify components and equipment from arrival to final location:
Visually inspect the condition of goods and report it via Incoming Inspection Report (IIRP) and within the Quality Management System
Ensure all shelf life data are captured and controlled
Maintain and ensure:
All records and certificates are properly filed, traceable, and identifiable
Strict material handling practices in accordance with Quality Management System (QMS) procedures.
Laboratory Support
Maintain stock database and ensure accurate inventory levels
Track storage conditions
Design and execute flight hardware packaging
Maintain and update the complete calibration database for laboratory and measurement equipment
Coordinate calibration activities with external providers and internal stakeholders
Quality Assurance Support
Participate in internal audits by providing documentation, records, and process evidence
Support NCR (Non-Conformance Report) and corrective action processes when required for purchasing & materials matters
Contribute to continuous improvement projects within the Product Assurance & Safety team
Assist in identifying waste in laboratory and manufacturing workflows
Contribute to 5S initiatives and continuous laboratory workplace improvements
Help implement standardized work practices in collaboration with the other company teams.
Skills and Experience
A relevant background in Product Assurance and Safety or/or Engineering, coupled with a few years of relevant professional experience
Familiarity with aerospace quality standards and practices
Good understanding of material handling, traceability, shelf-life control, and incoming inspection workflows
Knowledge of basic quality tools and methods, such as NCR handling, corrective actions, traceability, and internal audits
Familiarity with continuous improvement or lean manufacturing initiatives (5S, standard work, waste reduction, workflow optimization)
Strong organisational skills for maintaining records, certificates, calibration reports, and inventory databases
Team player with strong solution oriented and can-do mindset
Good written and spoken English
Ability to work with various database systems, ERP tools, and laboratory/quality software
Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) for reporting and data tracking.
