The partnership will begin with the upcoming LUVMI-M lunar mission, which will serve as the first implementation of a scalable commercial framework intended to expand across future missions.
By combining Space Applications Services’ engineering, technical integration and mission execution capabilities with Copernic Space’s financial infrastructure, commercial marketplace and international network, the partnership will connect lunar and LEO mission opportunities with customers, investors, institutions and commercial partners worldwide.
Together, the companies will develop and commercialize opportunities for companies, research institutions, governments, brands, creators and individuals to participate in active space missions. These may include payloads, research and technology projects, educational and cultural initiatives, brand activations and other forms of mission participation.
The partnership will also support the creation of mission-linked Real-World Space Assets backed by documented ownership or commercial rights, verified provenance, chain-of-custody records and mission certification. This will create new ways for participants to access, own, finance and commercialize assets connected to lunar and LEO missions.
The collaboration builds on Copernic Space’s proven experience commercializing lunar missions. Through its previous lunar initiatives, the company has brought together more than 200 individuals, companies, investors, artists, institutions and international partners and commercialized over 1,000 space assets that were delivered to the lunar surface.
Beginning with LUVMI-M, the partnership creates a repeatable model for connecting technically validated mission opportunities with commercial demand. The partners intend to expand this model across future lunar and LEO missions while developing joint commercial, educational, cultural and brand initiatives.
