Digital Communication Officer

To support our communication activities, we are looking for a Digital Communication Officer to reinforce our team.

The Digital Communication Officer will focus on the implementation and day-to-day management of digital communication activities.

• Location: Sint-Stevens-Woluwe (Brussels Area)

• Start date: At the earliest.

Tasks and Responsibilities

Digital communication & content

• Update and maintain website content (CMS-based)

• Prepare and publish content on social media platforms

• Adapt content to different formats and audiences

• Ensure consistency with established messaging and brand guidelines

Visuals & media

• Create visuals for digital channels (social media, website, presentations)

• Support basic media production (simple video editing, visuals, assets)

Events & campaigns support

• Support communication activities around events, conferences, and trade shows

• Prepare digital communication assets for events

• Assist with content before, during, and after events

• 1 to 3 years of professional experience in digital communication, marketing, or content

• Comfortable working with:

  • Website CMS (e.g. WordPress or similar)

  • Social media platforms (LinkedIn, X, etc.)

  • Graphic design tools (Adobe, Figma, Canva or similar)

  • Basic media production tools

• Practical, hands-on, and reliable

• Comfortable working within an existing communication setup

• Able to take direction and execute efficiently

• Organised and attentive to detail

• Interested in learning and developing skills over time

• English: professional working proficiency (mandatory)

• French and/or Dutch is considered a strong asset

• Working within an exceptional sector with Staff located in Belgium, Germany and the Netherlands
