Proxima Movie Released in Cinemas

Proxima, a film by the French director Alice Winocour starring Eva Green as an astronaut, is soon released in Belgium and France.

The film stars Eva Green as Sarah, a woman trying to balance her work as an astronaut preparing for a year-long stint on the International Space Station with her family life as a mother to an eight-year-old daughter Stella (Zélie Boulant).

The movie was shot in various ESA Training Facilities.

Space Applications Services made its contribution providing:

• the Exoskeleton and some other robotics technology
• training instructors such as Lionel Ferra
