LINDO - Large scale distributed INDexation of multimedia Objects - The LINDO-BE project finds its origin in the LINDO-EU project, whose objective is the development of a Multimedia Information Retrieval System that overcomes with the large bandwidth needed to transfer large multimedia objects to a central indexing and processing facility. This will be done by supporting an innovative end-to-end workflow, where multimedia material is indexed and stored in the remote nodes and remotely queried and accessed from a central facility. LINDO-EU addresses this end-to-end architecture and the definition of associated standardized service interfaces.

POT1 and POT2. Phase 1 (specifications) and Phase 2 (implementation) of the precursor monitoring & control infrastructure of the Belgian User Support and Organization Center (B-USOC), for the PCDF (Protein Crystallization Diagnostics Facility) payload, and simulation of an actual mission involving this infrastructure.
- POT3 The project had two objectives:
-
to contribute to the validation of the B-USOC for PCDF operations, by upgrading the precursor infrastructure developed during POT2 and augmenting the level of realism of the PCDF Simulator.
-
to provide the PCDF Script Authoring Tool, allowing operators and scientists to prepare (author) and validate through simulation the scientific scripts that will run on-board the PCDF payload.

POT56. The project aims at providing a series of operations support tools to Ground Operators, for the SOLAR and EuTEF payloads:
- SOLAR Command Schedules Authoring Tool
- SOLAR Command Schedules Tracking Tool
- SOLAR Software Simulator
- EuTEF Operation Program Authoring Tool
- EuTEF Operation Program Tracking Tool
