Research and Technology Development

Application Overview 

The company develops control centres, cockpits and robotic systems including:

  • multi national distributed control centres,
  • exoskeletons with haptic feedback,
  • knowledge management solutions,
  • natural interfaces (language, AR, VR, BCI) giving access to large data sets,
  • wearable computing solutions (with localisation and HMD).

These existing developments can be used as application testbeds or demonstrators. 

Application domains include science, engineering, medicine/surgery, aerospace, training, crisis response, corporate and scientific knowledge management.

Research Overview

 

The company performs RTD with national and EU funding along the following threads:

  • Natural multi modal interfaces,
  • Knowledge management, semantics, data sharing, interoperability,
  • Multi modal cognitive robot control systems,
  • Automation,
  • Space exploration applications.
